FUNCTION

• To identify the potential use of ICT and encourage the adoption of the most current and reliable ICT technology to serve the Ministry’s function.
• To increase the ICT skill and knowledge of the human capital in the ministry by conducting ICT related courses and workshops.
• To develop and maintain the communication and technological infrastructure of the Ministry
• To govern and ensure the security and integrity of the data and information channel by adopting the latest and most reliable ICT technology.
• To prepare the ICT hardware needs of the Ministry.

CLIENT CHARTER

• Ensure an efficient, stable and secured motour.net network at all times.
• Process and prepare the necessary technical assistance for all user complaints within 1 day of receival.
• Process and prepare the necessary technical assistance for all user complaints related to hardware failure within 5-10 day of receival.
• Update and maintain the ministry’s website http://www.motour.gov.my from time to time and/or upon the issuance of notice of changes.
