FUNCTION
  • Develop and strengthen the structure, function and role of the organization or institution associated with the travel services industry for the planning and implementation of tourism development.
  • Improve and diversify the products, activities, facilities and travel services based on the strength and uniqueness of local resources.
  • Develop and promote domestic tourism.
  • Develop and enhance human resources in the tourism sector by improving skills and efficiency of the tourism sector through courses and seminars.
  • Promoting tourism through the provision of investment incentives, travel funds and advisory services.
  • Provides rules and guidelines to enhance the quality of tourism facilities.
CLIENT CHARTER
  • Provide advice and consultation on issues relating to the Tourism Services Division within three minutes of time waiting at the counter.
  • Issued the result for Tourist Guide Basic Course Exam within 30 working days from the date of the examination.
  • Issued the result for Nature Tourist Guide Course Level II Exam within 30 working days from the date of the examination.
  • Issue the result for Tourist Guide Certification Course Exam within 30 working days from the date of the examination.
  • Funds Loan Tourism
    a) process and call the applicant for presentation on the application within 14 working days from the date of application.
    b) To issue the application result in 7 working days from the date of presentation.
  • Issued a Registration Certificate of Tourism Projects in 10 working days from receipt of the application.
  • Issue a Letter of Support for the travel industry incentives in the last 3 days of receipt of the application.
  • Issue a certificate of training courses within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the final report of the organizers, with term and conditions applied are met at the date of application.
