WELLNESS ZONE IN PORT DICKSON, NEGERI SEMBILAN, MALAYSIA

Port Dickson in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia, is located 34km from the state capital of Seremban and about one and a half hour's drive from Kuala Lumpur. Its sandy beaches are fringed by casuarinas, coconut palms and the spreading branches of the Banyan tree.  The Wellness Zone is located in an area 61 kilometer long from Lukut to Pasir Panjang in Port Dickson, Malaysia.  Established in 2007, it’s an ideal place for medical and wellness practitioners to set up their businesses. 
Investors enjoy the following incentives :

i. 70% of income generated by companies through services rendered to foreign citizen is exempted from tax for the duration of 10 years beginning from the year of assessment 2008. This incentive is only to be given to companies providing health care services approved by the Ministry of Health Malaysia;   and

ii. Importation of machines and equipment directly used in rendering health care services are also given sales tax exemption. 

Application for incentives in paragraph (i) and (ii) should be sent to Malaysian Industrial Development Authority (MIDA) before 31 December 2010 at the following address:
