What is the Budget Hotel Efficiency Improvement Course? - The Budget Hotel Efficiency Improvement Course is a 3-day course aimed at enhancing the knowledge and awareness of front line workers at budget hotels in order to improve the quality of their services and facilities. Participants will be exposed to the background and marketing program of the tourism industry, aspects of cleanliness, law, services and safety.
Who should attend? - All front line workers of budget hotels, such as counter service workers, receptionists, waiters and security staff.
Budget Hotel Management Course - This is a 3-day course which aims at enhancing the competitiveness, leadership and knowledge of budget hotel operators in order to improve quality of management, marketing strategies and competitiveness in the medium-class accommodation premises industry. The training approach is based on the Budget Hotel Management System developed by the Ministry of Tourism of Malaysia.
Who should attend? - Operators, owners and managers of budget hotels.
